At NDC, our primary focus is on delivering exceptional products and building a strong brand presence. We are currently seeking an in-house Creative Director who possesses the ability to effectively showcase and promote the NDC brand and its products. This role involves hands-on production responsibilities, specifically in the creation of direct response assets for distribution across various channels, with a particular emphasis on paid social creative. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and present strategic and compelling creative campaigns and advertisements for new product launches, holidays, and content that captivates and converts both new and existing customers.
  • Conceptualize, write, and direct engaging creative content, particularly in the realm of video, for our product lines.
  • Oversee and direct photo and video shoots, as well as other paid social creative advertisements.
  • Stay informed of current advertising and creative trends in performance marketing and organic spaces, adapting to these trends, regularly testing and innovating to remain ahead of the curve, and pushing the boundaries of creative advertising.
  • Identify and refine successful creative approaches, while troubleshooting underperforming ones.
  • Collaborate with videographers, editors, and channel managers to optimize creative efficiency and scalability.
  • Coordinate various creative logistics with production associates, such as models, props, locations, and contractors, to bring ideas to life.
  • Work remotely and travel occassionally to company events.

What You’ll Have:

  • Must reside in the United States - EST or CST time zones only.
  • 0-3+ years of advertising experience at an agency, brand, or performance marketing company and a strong passion for creating compelling content regardless of experience, with a demonstrated understanding of highly efficient creative for NDC.
  • Experience with or a willingness to learn about direct response marketing and creating ad content for paid social platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Proficiency in pre-production skills, including scripting, storyboarding, and collaborating with production coordinators for casting and other creative logistical needs, or a natural inclination for these tasks.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and recognize the concept of diminishing returns.
  • Capability to assess creative risks before producing assets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and adapt to address challenges as they arise.
  • Enthusiasm for both collaborative teamwork and independent work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
